Unit 1 is designed to make mountain living feel effortless and indulgent. Guests can enjoy beautiful resort and mountain views, along with two comfortable living room areas — one on each floor — perfect for gathering, relaxing, or spreading out after a day in the mountains. The apartment features five bedrooms with a total of eleven beds, while heating, air conditioning, and an indoor fireplace create a warm and cosy atmosphere throughout the colder months. Fast Wi-Fi, a TV, room-darkening shades, quality bed linens, and generous storage ensure comfort for both short and extended stays.

With two fully equipped kitchens (one on each floor), shared meals are easy and flexible. Each kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. The two modern bathrooms are stocked with thoughtful essentials such as conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. A dry gear room located in a small separate building right next to the lodge makes storing ski equipment easy and practical, while added conveniences like in-unit laundry, free on-site parking, private entrance, luggage drop-off, and self check-in via keypad ensure a smooth and comfortable stay from arrival to departure.
